ABOUT US

My name is Lisa and I am a Labor and Delivery nurse. During my years as a L&D nurse,
I have taken care of many families enduring the loss of their baby. It was devastating to send a patient home with nothing when they came to us with all of the hopes and dreams of what their expectations of life with their little one was going to be. It was with this that the decision was made to begin making scrapbooks that are personalized especially for each baby. We place hand prints and foot prints, locks of hair if possible, and pictures specially taken of their little one in a specially made book for each family. This provides the ability to touch the little hands and feet or to rub the little locks of hair to give a sense of closeness for the family as they work through the grieving process. Our thoughts are that each baby deserves it's own photo session. The pictures taken helps the families as they grieve through the coming days, weeks, months and years.

Every October we gather together for our annual candle lighting ceremony to honor the little ones gone too soon... We have candles that are in the shape of a flower which each family gets to float for their baby. It is a beautiful ceremony and the hope is that the word can get out for all that have experienced loss to come and honor their baby.
